How to register for an account

To get started, please register using this form.

Please complete all required fields and send the registration form to academy@ziehm.com. The Ziehm Academy team will review your request and activate your account within five business days. You will then receive an email with further information.

Important note: If you already have an account in our previous system and have logged in within the last 365 days, you do not need to register again. You will automatically receive a message shortly.

 

How to activate your account

• The activation email contains a link to activate your user account and to choose a personal password.
• Please store this password in a secure location, like a password manager or a notebook that is kept in a safe place.
• Once you have chosen your password, you will be able to log in to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

 

How to log in to SAP SuccessFactors

• To log in to SAP SuccessFactors, please open your internet browser and add this link in the address bar.
• Log in with your email address (please enter your full address) and your personal password. Then click on "Login". You will then be redirected to the main page of SAP SuccessFactors.

How to open SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• To access your learning contents, please click on "Learning" in the dropdown menu or directly on the "View My Learning" quick access tile.

How to find a Ziehm Academy training course

• Start your search for training by clicking on "Browse all courses" in the "Find Learning" tile. To refine your search, go to "Refine by" and select the option "Program" under "Learning Type".

 

 

• Now select the category that suits best your interests from the various categories.

 

 

• By clicking on the desired course, you will receive all relevant information.

 

 

 

How to enroll for a Ziehm Academy training course

• You can easily enroll in a training course by clicking the "Enroll" button in the course library or program agenda.

 

 

 

 

How to start a training program

• Once you have enrolled in a training course, it will be in your personal learning plan, "My Learning Assignments." To access the detailed course overview, please click on "View Program.”
• In the agenda, you will find all the learning modules you must complete successfully. Please note that you have to complete the content in the shown order.

 

 

How to start a web-based training (WBT) item in the training program

• If your selected training program includes web-based trainings, commonly referred to as e-learnings, please click on "Start Course" next to the training content title.
• A new window will open; click on "Launch Content" to open the module:

 

 

• The navigation within the module is self-explanatory. Please note that in some cases, passing a test within the module is required for completion.
• After completing the module, a confirmation message should appear. If this is not the case, please click on "Verify course completion" to manually start the completion message.

 

 

 

How to register for a class

• If your chosen training program requires participation in instructor-led training, you can register for one of the available dates via the "Register now" button.
• In the appointment selection, click on the desired date for the detailed view.

 

 

• If this date works for you, click "Register" to start the approval process. The system will also email you an automatic notification.

 

 

• Click "OK" to confirm the message.
