Intraoperative 3D control for maximum precision

Craniomaxillofacial trauma is one of the main indications for intraoperative cone-beam CT scans. In particular, fractures of the zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC), including post-traumatic orbital deformities, lead to complex reconstructive procedures.

The position and course of the finest structures and fracture edges can be excellently visualized and differentiated from each other using the Ziehm Vision RFD 3D. Prostheses and screws are placed with innovative reduction of metal artifacts under 2D and 3D control.

The volume option with 5123 voxels provides high-resolution images without increasing the dose, and ensures a detailed visualization of the entire skull¹
